PROPOSED 2023 Pikes Peak Regional Building Code (PPRBC)
The Pikes Peak Regional Building Department has started the process of working with member jurisdictions on the adoption of the 2023 Pikes Peak Regional Building Code (PPRBC) with an enforcement date of June 30,2023. See the schedule below for more information.
Public comment process
PPRBD held two public comment periods during the review process in 2022. All comments were reviewed by RBD staff and presented to the Department’s Board of Review. The comments from each public comment period can be seen below.
